How much does an estate clearance cost?

Every home is different, so we don’t publish one-size-fits-all prices. After a free walk-through (or a good chat over the phone), we give you a clear, written quote before any work begins no surprises and no obligation.

Do I need to be there while you work?

That’s entirely up to you. Some families like to be involved in the sorting; others hand us the keys and receive regular updates and photos. However you choose to do it, you’ll always know what’s happening.

What happens to the things that are donated or sold?

Good quality items are donated to local charities, where they do some good. Items worth selling are set aside and prepared for sale. Only what genuinely can’t be reused goes to disposal.

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry Public Liability insurance, and we treat every home and its contents with meticulous care.

How long does a clearance take?

It depends on the size of the home and how much sorting is involved and hoarding clean-ups are best done in gentle stages. We’ll give you a realistic timeline with your quote, and we’ll stick to it.

Which areas do you service?

We’re based in Adelaide’s south and service the southern suburbs from Flagstaff Hill and Hallett Cove down through Morphett Vale, Noarlunga, Seaford, Aldinga and into McLaren Vale. If you’re outside these areas, ask anyway; we’ll help if we can.
